We are Jules and Esteban, Co-CEOs of JERICA. Like you, we grew frustrated with extractive, inequitable systems. Instead of accepting them, we created the JERICA Model to reimagine them.
Jules supports business leaders to embed the 5 JERICA Principles into strategy and operations. Esteban brings those principles into practice through transformative projects that connect profit, people, and planet.
