For Impact Investors & Potential Ecosystem Partners

#SystemsChange is hard. Many of us have led privileged lives due to current systems. As we face climate crises and see the uncertain future we all face, we reflect on the inequality and extractive foundations of those systems.

As #SystemsChangeWarriors we are all breaking habits, redesigning systems, rethinking practices - taking on trust that we have put sufficient thought and fairness into that work to deliver #BetterForPeopleAndPlanet.

At JERICA, we recognise that it is disheartening and scary not having a clear destination that proves we can successfully transition to ethical, regenerative and inclusive systems.

Our JERICA catalyst projects are designed to prove the theory. We’re putting our money where our model is. We’re building the future we want to live in and we’re providing a change for people to experience #BetterFairerSystems which #PartnerWithNature.

While money isn’t the answer to everything, it helps make things happen, happen faster, and showcase different and better. If you want to collaborate with us, or invest in one or more of our active projects, please contact Esteban to discuss what system and investing and partnerships look and feel like, and to receive a copy of our terms sheet.

Active Projects

JERICA has active projects designing and implementing catalyst enterprises in the tourism industry, building business and community ecosystems that will serve people and planet intergenerationally.

Our catalyst enterprises are universally accessible and inclusive resorts, which use local sustainable building materials and techniques, employ local people, and utilise ethical and environmentally regenerative practices for supply chain, site design and use, transportation and service design.

Our tourism operation designs have profit ceilings, staff and local community profit sharing, and relevant steward-ownership models built-in.

We are open to impact investors and working with ethical and inclusive partners across tourism-related supply chains and business ecosystems in these and other emerging sites.

Cécile Fiji

Universally accessible eco-resort designed to be the keystone enterprise for collaborative initiatives with the local communities to enhance the social, economic, and environmental outcomes of the area.

This real paradise on Earth is centred on regenerative and indigenous tourism, with integrated sub-systems that include clean energy generation, health and wellbeing outreach, adapted clean transport, ocean protection and regeneration, biophilic construction design and mentoring for local micro-economies.

Cécile Fiji is expected to have a direct positive impact on over 5,800+ people each year.

Cécile France

Where history, beauty and innovation meet, this universally designed resort will focus on the restoration and rejuvenation of France’s traditional experiences and opening them wider to welcome everyone.

With adapted spaces for tourists and nomads, the integrated projects include rewilding, sustainable food production methods, clean energy generation and supply, local workforce retention, and community adaptation.

Cécile France will also provide JERICA #EthicalLeadership programmes and the opportunity to learn-on-site about the JERICA model in your context.

It is estimated that Cécile France will impact 6,400+ people per year.

Cécile Malta

In the early stages of development and focused on the blue economy and regenerative tourism, Cécile Malta will prove that tourism can be a source of inspiration for tourism growth-management and locally-shaped indulgence.

Cécile Malta will be the catalyst enterprise for the introduction and testing of new technologies focused on energy micro-generation, water utilization, accessible tourism, and marine habitats protection and regeneration.

Cécile India

A truly spiritual experience, Cécile India will provide the link between feeling grounded in nature while reinvigorating the senses.

Cécile India will also provide opportunities to learn-on-site how to implement the JERICA model in your operation and context, while maintaining personal ethics and sense of purpose.

Biodiversity, transport, health and wellbeing outreach, water supply and food production, and waste management are some of the integrated projects of Cécile India.
