Why JERICA?
Because today’s systems are harming people and the planet, we work with leaders, communities, and investors like you to build better ones.
Together, we create outcomes where profit is shared fairly, nature is restored, and communities can thrive for generations.
Systems need new stories. Here’s how you can change them.
If you believe profit should mean more than extraction, the JERICA Model helps you make that real.
Grounded in 5 principles and 4 dimensions, it gives you a framework to reimagine your leadership, your organization, or your investments.
With it, you’ll act as a #SystemsChangeWarrior, building not just short-term wins but legacies that protect people and planet.
Our monthly newsletter brings this model to life in practice through podcast episodes, reflections, tools, projects, and real-world examples of ethical systems change.
The ecosystems you’re part of shape your outcomes.
We design ecosystems the way nature does: diverse, interdependent, and regenerative. Each project connects to a bigger picture:
Markets reimagined for equity
Catalyst enterprises proving new systems in practice
Integrated projects that scale impact
Community-led initiatives where local voices guide the future
These ecosystems create immediate outcomes such as shared profit, ethical supply chains, and stronger partnerships, while also delivering long-term impact like thriving biodiversity, intergenerational equity, and resilient communities.
Where Systems Change Is Happening
Where JERICA has a presence
Fiji
Working alongside an indigenous community, we helped design the concept for a universally accessible airport. The project will link remote regions to new opportunities, blend business with community ownership, and restore the local environment.
Proof that change is possible, and you can be part of it.
From Fiji to France, leaders, communities, and investors are already proving that ethical systems work.
When you join in, you help scale outcomes like:
✳ Designing with communities
✳ Sharing profits fairly
✳ Leading inclusively
Our Cécile projects, for example, are designed to impact thousands each year through regenerative tourism, shared ownership, and community partnerships.
Your involvement contributes to the bigger vision: restored ecosystems, intergenerational prosperity, and new models of ethical business.
Global leaders and local voices walking beside you.
When you partner with JERICA, you don’t walk alone. Our global team of leaders, advisors, and community partners brings expertise and lived experience to help you design ethical and regenerative systems.
Your leadership, paired with our model and networks, can create futures where people and ecosystems thrive — and your organization thrives too.

Want to experience this way of leading for yourself?
JERICA hosts in-person gatherings where leaders pause, reflect, and explore what ethical leadership looks like in practice.
They are not conferences, but living spaces for courage, connection, and conscience.
Why JERICA? Because your choices create legacy.
The question isn’t just “Why JERICA?” — it’s “Why you, and why now?” Because systems are breaking, and your leadership, investment, or partnership will shape what comes next.
Our monthly newsletter brings our model to life in practice through podcast episodes, reflections, tools, projects, and real-world examples of ethical systems change.
