Jules’ life has been shaped by injustice and hope. Growing up in Zambia, Malawi, and South Africa, she saw firsthand how apartheid denied children their most basic rights. That experience planted her lifelong commitment to equity and regeneration.
Her career has spanned advocacy, leadership, and system redesign. Alongside catalyst project design and consortium-building, Jules is an official nominator and expert advisory panel member for the EarthShot Prize, and she designs and delivers ethical leadership development programmes for leaders everywhere - from young climate entrepreneurs to senior executives in government agencies.

A single day out of your busy schedule. But the reflection and relief last much longer. Preparation takes just a couple of hours (an online survey and short meeting), plus an optional social pre-event. Connecting again with fellow participants afterward is entirely up to you.Bespoke Retreats
Usually 2-3 days to fully step away from the everyday, slow down, and reconnect with purpose, plus travel time. We believe ethical leadership should be accessible. That’s why we also offer scaled pricing options for youth groups, non-profits, and community-led initiatives.

Depending on which engagement you have chosen, there are different cancellation policies. We work with you on a situation-specific basis. For example, rescheduling mentoring sessions or transferring your place to a future gathering or retreat.
However, because we dedicate time, care, and preparation to each experience, some costs are non-refundable. We’ll always be transparent about these details before you confirm your booking, so you know exactly what to expect.
