When you work with JERICA, you’ll be guided by Jules Harrison-Annear and her team. 

Jules’ life has been shaped by injustice and hope. Growing up in Zambia, Malawi, and South Africa, she saw firsthand how apartheid denied children their most basic rights. That experience planted her lifelong commitment to equity and regeneration.

Her career has spanned advocacy, leadership, and system redesign. She’s led housing and care services for asylum seekers and refugees, advised local governments on social care, and during Covid-19, served as Director of Strategy for New Zealand’s Managed Isolation and Quarantine service, redesigning national models to protect people during future pandemics.

  • There’s no “one size fits all”. We tailor pricing to the scale of your project.


    But here’s a guide:

    • Mentoring: 5 sessions in 6 months (€500) or 10 sessions in 12 months (€1,000) for you or members of your leadership team.

    • Strategic Advisory: 16 hours/month of senior advice and design support (€30,000 per year, minimum 12 months).

    • Roadmap Engagement: 4 months, including 6 workshops for teams up to 20 people (around €20,000).

    • Full Transformation Project: End-to-end redesign of leadership, governance, operations, and culture. Price depends on organization size, scope, and whether we deliver with or alongside your people. 

  • We always begin with a diagnostic workshop. This is where we listen deeply, ask tough questions, and assess your alignment with the 5 JERICA Principles and 4 Dimensions. You’ll come away with clarity on where you stand today and the opportunities already within reach.

    And we don’t just disappear after the first stage. Ideally, we’ll return 12-18 months later to reassess with you, so together we can recognize the transformation and its impact on people and planet.

  • There are 3 stages:

    1.Locate

    We begin with a diagnostic workshop. We listen deeply, ask the tough questions, and assess your alignment with the 5 JERICA Principles and 4 Dimensions. You’ll walk away with clarity on where you stand today and the opportunities already within reach.

    2.Map the Pathway

    Together we define your goals, set priorities, and explore possible routes forward. We stress-test ideas, bring fresh perspectives, and connect you with partners where it adds value.

    3.Choose How to Travel

    You decide how to move ahead. You can take the roadmap and act independently, or invite us to walk beside you through mentoring, retained advisory, or hands-on consulting.

    Either way, you leave with a clear, practical roadmap and the confidence to act — and if you want us alongside you, we’ll help turn that plan into measurable impact.

  • Change doesn’t stick without leadership. That’s why we only work with organizations where leaders are committed to being partners in the process. From there, the scope can vary: sometimes it’s executive mentoring, sometimes it’s whole-organization redesign, and sometimes it’s project-focused. What matters most is that your people feel ownership of the change.

  • You’ll usually start with Jules or Esteban, co-founders of JERICA. Depending on your needs, you may also work with 1-2 of our specialist associates, carefully matched to your project. We make sure you always have the right mix of lived experience, technical expertise, and strategic insight.

  • For meaningful transformation, expect a minimum of 3 months. From there, the timeline depends on your scale and ambition. Some clients choose a 6-12 month roadmap, others keep us on retainer for steady support. We’ll set expectations clearly from the start, so you know what’s realistic.

  • We ask for a 30% non-refundable mobilization fee up front — this lets us pay our team a fair wage and signals your commitment to the work. If you need to cancel after starting, you can do so with 2 weeks’ notice (unless we agree otherwise) and settle payment for services delivered up to that point.

  • Depending on your focus, outcomes could include:

    • More engaged and energized employees.

    • Stronger trust with communities and stakeholders.

    • Increased impact investor confidence.

    • Reduced risk through ethical and regenerative practices.

    • Contribution to thriving ecosystems and intergenerational equity.

    And we’ll circle back 12-18 months later to measure impact against the JERICA principles and dimensions.
