Jules’ life has been shaped by injustice and hope. Growing up in Zambia, Malawi, and South Africa, she saw firsthand how apartheid denied children their most basic rights. That experience planted her lifelong commitment to equity and regeneration.
Her career has spanned advocacy, leadership, and system redesign. Alongside catalyst project design and consortium-building, Jules is an official nominator and expert advisory panel member for the EarthShot Prize, and she designs and delivers ethical leadership development programmes for leaders everywhere - from young climate entrepreneurs to senior executives in government agencies.
